Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were fabulous, and the grounds were so comfortable. The service catered to my every need, making my visit truly pleasurable. The location was great, with a short walk to the Stockton arena. The dining was tasty but a bit pricy. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my stay overall.
The hotel had some room cleanliness issues initially, prompting a room change, but overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again. The service was a mix of rude experiences with some staff members and positive encounters with others. The location was convenient with some downsides in the surrounding area, but it was clean and modern overall. The dining experience left something to be desired with slow service and a lackluster breakfast. The facilities were decent with some areas needing improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a nice view of the water and the pool. However, there was a slight inconvenience with the lack of phone service in the rooms, requiring us to use another facility. The service was exceptional, with the chefs and server Paul catering to my needs and ensuring a pleasurable visit. Despite minor oversights like forgetting some usual amenities, the staff promptly addressed any issues and even upgraded our room. The location, though in a somewhat sketchy area of Stockton, boasted a resort-like outdoor area and a large grassy garden, adding charm to the setting. The dining options were a mixed bag, with limited breakfast choices on certain days, and the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered. Nonetheless, the facilities were well-maintained and satisfying.
